This schnapps was mixed by Edward Blom for his own wedding party. In addition to pure happiness, it contains, among other things, elderflower, lemon balm, rosemary, a few splashes of rose water, gentian root and bog myrtle. It is multifaceted and floral with a slight bitterness at the end.

The holiday schnapps goes well with the food traditionally served on the smorgasbord, at Christmas, Easter and Midsummer. It also goes well with starters such as vendace roe, crayfish, gravlax, Toast Skagen, pickled herring, egg halves or matjes herring cake.
